lunar tune
"lunar tune" acrylic on wood panel is a commission piece I did for "rave to the grave" party some of my friends hosted down on the Mornington peninsula Victoria. the theme of the rave was lunar tune. I only had couple of days to come up with a concept so I followed the theme and decided to create a moon emanating the infinite energy we gather from its existence in our solar system.

This piece was really a great one to create. I had a good friend of mine ask me to create something he had stewing in his mind and he wanted to support me as an artist and give me a chance to create something beautiful. Nath gave me a run down off the imagery he imagined in his mind and from there I started painting I would work bit by bit and show Nath the progress and at each step
he would come up with something new to add by the end Nath was one happy customer and everything he imagined was painted onto the canvas.

"Australian scene"
One of my close family friends came to me with a idea he had for his shed he wanted me to a paint mural covering the whole back outside wall in an Australian themed landscape he wanted in to have themes of first nations and native Australians animals this Was what I created

Defined health gave me a message over Facebook and put an idea to me that he wanted a beautiful scenery with waterfalls and mountains in his health shop so I came up with anode and he loved it this was a three day commission painting that I really enjoyed creating I added some fantasy and animals into the scene to give it a bit of a story to the image Warren was really happy with the outcome.

Jason Legg Art opened its doors in 2021.
Creating is my passion since I was young I have always loved creation and I put my heart into what I do and deliver myself to what I am trying to accomplish.
Art is my outlet to my over thinking mind getting creative gives me a sense of peace almost like a form of meditation and its become very therapeutic for me.
I believe art is my way to connect into the source and gain knowledge from within myself and from outside my self, I love that art can be a continuous learning experience and forever expanding the abilities of consciousness that is our minds.
Art is such a big part of my life I want to make it more than just a hobby and in 2021 I have taken the time to create a space I can work from home as well as enjoy what I do in the process. Art is something I can give to the world and something the world can give back to me.
Jason Legg Art is all about pushing the boundaries of the imagination and conceptualising it through the use of painting mediums. My idea is to show my truth through my art so that people can connect and relate to relevant concepts we are living through in todays world.
